Secondary School Examination. – The Board shall conduct examinations to be called the Secondary School Examinations, at which may be allowed to appear all such duly enrolled candidates who have completed the prescribed course of studies taught at the in Secondary or Senior Secondary Schools affiliated with the Board and, notwithstanding anything contained in any law, a student who has passed the Secondary School Examination shall be eligible for enrolment as a student of Senior Secondary Section of High Schools/Colleges subject to the fulfillment of such conditions as may be prescribed by the Statutes, Ordinances and Regulations made under the law of their incorporation; Provided that the courses of studies shall be in such groups and in accordance with such instructions as may from time to time, be laid down by the Department.
