Power & functions of Controllers of Examinations of the Board.— The Controllers of Examinations shall have following powers and functions namely- (a) To consider, moderate, determine and publish the results of the examinations; (b) To admit candidates to the concerned examinations and disqualify any candidates from appearing in such examinations for any reason which in his opinion is prejudicial to the examination system and the provisions of the Act; (c) To fix examination centers and evaluation centers; (d) To prepare lists of persons suitable for appointment as paper-setters, moderators, examiners, tabulators, supervisions and invigilators for examinations and make appointments as such;. (e) Conduct of examination, Publication of Press Communiques, Preparation and publication of result. (f) Matters related to scrutiny and correction/publication of pending result. (g) Such other functions as decided by the Board from time to time.
