Amendment of Section-10 B of The Bihar School Examination Board Act 1952.—(1) The words "Secretary Human Resource Development Department or his nominee" used in Clause (ii) of sub section-(2) of section- 10 B of the said Act are hereby deleted. (2) The clause (iii) of sub section-(2) of section- 10 B of the Act shall be renumbered as clause-(ii) (3) The following new sub section-(4) shall be inserted after sub section-(3) of section-10 B of the said Act :- (4) Any person dissatisfied with decision of the committee constituted under section-10 B may prefer an appeal within 30 (Thirty) days of the communication of the decision before Principal Secretary, Human Resource Development Department, Govt. of Bihar, who shall be the appellate Authority and his decision shall be final. ———— अधी,क, सिचवालय मुिणालय, बहार, पटना ारा ूकािशत एवं मु1ित। बहार गजट (असाधारण) 295-571+400-ड0ट0पी0। Website: http://egazette.bih.nic.in
