Recovery of dues.-(1) All costs, interest, damages and compensation awarded under this Act, shall be recoverable unless otherwise provided in this Act in the manner provided for the recovery of money due under a decree. (2) All fines and penalties imposed under this Act shall be recoverable in the manner prescribed by any law for the time being in force for recovery of a public demand.
