Limitation for appeals.- Every appeal under this Act shall be presented,- (a) to the tribunal appointed under clause (d) of Section 57 or to the Commissioner, within ninety days from the date of the order appealed against; and (b) to the Deputy Commissioner or to the Sub-divisional Officer within sixty days of the order appealed against.
