State Government to prepare forms of receipts and statement of accounts.-(1) The 1[State] Government shall cause to be prepared and kept for sale to village headman, mulraiyat and landlords at all sub-divisional offices forms of receipts with counterfoils and of statements of accounts suitable for use under the foregoing sections. (2) The forms may be sold in books with the leaves consecutively numbered or otherwise as the 2[State] Government thinks fit.
