Bar of jurisdiction of courts.- No civil court shall have jurisdiction to hear, decide or deal with any question or to determine any matter which is by or under this Act required to be heard, decided or dealt with or to be determined by the Public Grievance Redressal Officer, first appellate authority, second appellate authority or the officer nominated by the State Government. 9 बहार गजट (असाधारण), 28 अग त 2015
