Power of the State Government to send the applications to Appellate Authority directly.- Notwithstanding the other provisions of the Act, the State Government, if it gets an application alleging non-compliance of the provisions, may send the same directly to the Appellate Authority for taking further actions as per the Act. 9 बहार गजट (असाधारण), 2 मई 2011
