Repeal and Savings.—(1) The Acts listed in the Appendix to this Act are hereby repealed. (2) Notwithstanding such repeal, any action, proceeding or anything initiated in exercise of the powers conferred by or under any of the Acts repealed under the sub section (1) of this section shall continue till the determination of the action, proceeding or anything done, as if the Act in question has not been repealed. 3 बहार गजट (असाधारण), 16 अगः त 2016 Appendix
