On and from the appointed day, in the Fourth Schedule to the Constitution, in the Table,-- (a) entries 4 to 29 shall be renumbered as entries 5 to 30 respectively; (b) in entry 3, for the figures "22" the figures "16" shall be substituted; (c) after entry 3, the following entry shall be inserted, namely:-- "4. Jharkhand...................................... 6".
