Amendment of Section-28 of the Registration Act, 1908 (Act 16, 1908).— In Section-28 of the Registration Act, 1908 the following proviso shall be added as follows: -- “Provided that such documents may also be presented in the office of the sub-registrar of the district headquarters whose office has been amalgamated with the office of Registrar under Section-7 and within whose district the whole of the property to which such document relates is situate irrespective of its being situated in one or more sub-districts of the district.”
