Deletion of section-67, section-68, section-69, section-70, section-71 and section-72 of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.— The section-67 (Extension of period of order), section-68 (Permission to return temporarily), section-69 (Nature of Evidence), section-70 (Immediate Arrest), section-71 (Penalty for non-compliance of order under section-66) and section-72 (Powers in relation to absconding person) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016 shall be deleted.
