Short title, extent and commencement.— (1) This Act may be called the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2022. (2) It shall extend to the whole State of Bihar. (3) It shall come into force at once and the provision of this Amendment Act shall apply to all pending cases.
