Short title and extent and commencement.—(1) This Act may be called the Bihar Prohibition and Excise(Amendment and Validation) Act, 2020 (2) It shall extend to whole of the State of Bihar. (3) It shall deemed to have come into force from the date of commencement of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016 i.e. from 02.10.2016
