Substitution of section -36 of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.— Section-36 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016, shall be substituted by the following:- "36- Penalty for dealing in spurious liquor.— Whoever, manufactures, possesses, sells, stores, distributes, bottles, imports, exports, or transports any spurious liquor, shall be punishable with imprisonment for a term which shall not be less than ten years but which may extend to imprisonment for life and with fine, which shall not be less than one lakh rupees but which may extend to ten lakh rupees."
