Short title, extent and commencement.—(1) This Act may be called the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018. (2) It shall extend to the whole of the State of Bihar. (3) It shall come in to force at once and the provisions of the Amendment Act shall apply to all pending cases.
