Special/ Additional Public Prosecutors.—For every Special Court set up under Section 84 of the Act, the State Government, as per the procedure laid down under Section-24 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Act 2 of 1974), may appoint a person to be the Special Public Prosecutor and more than one person to be Additional Public Prosecutors.
