Amendment in section 5 of Bihar Private University Act, 2013.— (1) the following proviso shall be added after clause (iii) of Sub section (1) of section 5 of The Bihar Private University Act, 2013. "Provided that in case of availability of a temporary/lease building having constructed area of minimum 5000 Square meter fulfilling the all other requirements and conditions specified in sub section (1) of this section the state government may allow to operate Private University under section 6 of this Act. " 3 ॢबहर गजट [सधरण 21 अील 2017 (2) the following proviso shall be added after sub section (2) of Section 5 of Bihar Private University Act, 2013. "Provided that Where in spite of making efforts, sponsoring body has failed to submit compliance report during the time period mentioned in letter of intent, in that circumstances, the state government may extend the time period of two year for submission of compliance report for maximum next two years.
