Definitions.- In this Act, unless any thing is repugnant to the subject or context. - (i) "Act" means 'The Bihar Police Sub-ordinate Services Commission Act, 2016; (ii) "Commission" means, Bihar Police Sub-ordinate Services Commission constituted under this Act; (iii) "State Government" means 'The State Government of Bihar; (iv) "Schedule" means schedule appended to this Act.
