Filling of casual vacancies of Panches - When the place of a Panch becomes vacant by his removal, resignation, death or otherwise a new Panch shall be elected in the manner prescribed and he shall hold office so long as the Panch whose place he fills would have been entitled to hold office if such vacancy had not occured.
