Budget - Every Zila Parishad shall at such time and in such manner as may be prescribed, prepare in each year a budget of its estimated receipts and disbursements for the following year and the same will be passed by the majority of members present in the meeting and quorum for such meeting shall not be less than fifty percent of the total number of members.
