Limitation of suits - No suit shall be entertained by a bench of the Gram Katchahry after the expiration of three years from the date when the right to sue first accrued: Provided that the period of limitation for suits specified in the first column of the Table when instituted before a bench of the Gram Katchahry shall be the period specified in the corresponding entry of the second column thereof.
