Withdrawal of case - The Chief Judicial Magistrate/ Additional Judicial Magistrate/ Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, the Munsif or a court of competent jurisdiction as the case may be, either on his own motion or on information received, withdraw any case or suit pending before a bench of the Gram Katchahry if for reasons to be recorded by him in writing, he is of the opionion that 113 such case or suit ought not to be tried or heard by such bench and may try or hear the case or suit either himself or transfer it to another competent Magistrate, Munsif or the court of competent jurisdiction or any other bench of Gram Katchahry for disposal.
