Appeal: (1) An appeal shall lie against the final order passed by the Designated Court in connection with and relation to the attachment before the High Court of the area concerned within 60 days from the date of the final order (2) Any person convicted on a trial held by the Designated Court may appeal to the High Court of the area concerned.
