Powers of a Petty Security Guard Court

Powers of a Petty Security Guard Court. A Petty Security Guard Court shall have the power to try any person subject to this Act other than an officer or an Assistant Commander for any offence made punishable thereunder and to pass any sentence authorized by this Act other than a sentence of death, or imprisonment for a term exceeding two years.
