False declaration on appointment. Any person having become subject to this Act who is discovered to have made at the time of appointment a willfully false statement or declaration in connection with his appointment, shall, on conviction by a Security Guard Court, be liable to suffer imprisonment for a term which may extend to three years or such less punishment as is in this Act mentioned.
