Amendment of Section-36 of the Bihar Act 11, 2007- A new proviso under sub- section (4) of section- 36 shall be added namely: The method of, and the qualifications required for, recruitment, and the terms and conditions of service including conduct, discipline and control of officers and other employees referred to in sub-section (1) of section 36 shall be such as may be prescribed under Rules."
