Amendment of Section 322 of the Bihar Act 11, 2007- Second proviso to section 322 of the said Act shall be substituted by the following, namely:- “Provided further that six months after commencement of this Act, only such architects shall be entitled to prepare Building Construction Plan whose name is registered in the register of Architects of the Municipality.”
