Amendment of Section 2 (11) of the Bihar Act, 2007- A new sub section (11a) shall be added after sub section (11) of section 2 of the said Act, namely:- "(11a) Total built-up area means the carpet area that is actual usable area within the walls plus the thickness of walls and the balcony on each floor in a premise".
