Addition of a new Section 274A.- "274A The District Planning Committee and the Metropolitan Committee shall prepare development plan as provided for in section 274 and submit the same to the State Government for approval. The State Government shall approve the plan with or without modification as early as possible, but not later than 12 months from the date of submission”.
