Short title, extent and commencement.- (1) This Act may be called the Bihar Municipal (Amendment) Act, 2011. (2) It shall extend to the whole of the State of Bihar. 5 बहार गजट (असाधारण), 23 tuojh 2012 (3) It shall come into force at once.
