Amendment of Section 91of the Bihar Act 11, 2007- In said Act in section- 91 the following amendment shall be made, namely- (i) Sub-section-(2) shall be substituted as follows, namely- “ (2) An Annual Report prepared by the Examiner of Local Accounts, Patna shall be laid on the both Houses of State Legislature.” (ii) In sub-section-(3) the letters “CAG” shall be substituted by the words “Examiner of Local Accounts”. (iii) In sub-section-(6) the letters “CAG” shall be substituted by the words “Examiner of Local Accounts”.
