Amendment of Section-38 in the English version of the of the Bihar Act 11, 2007- In the English version of section 38 of the said Act amendment shall be made as follows- (i) In clause (a) after the letter "A" the words and letter "and B" shall be inserted and the words "the Chief Municipal Officer" shall be replaced by the word 'the Government'. (ii) Clause (b) shall be deleted. (iii) Clause (c) shall be renumbered as clause (b)
