Amendment in section 2 of the said Act, 1994- (i) Sub section (d) of Section 2 of Bihar Motor Vehicle Taxation Act, 1994 (Bihar Act 8, 1994) shall be substituted by following :- "(d) "One Time Tax" means Tax for Personalized Vehicles as imposed under section 7 of this Act, which will be effective for 15 years and which shall be calculated from the date of first registration of the motor vehicle. 3 ॢबहर गजट [सधरण 16 अग त 2019 (ii) The words "For life time" used in sub section (1) of section 7 of Bihar Motor Vehicle Taxation Act, 1994 (Bihar Act 8, 1994) shall be substituted by the words and figures "For 15 years from the date of first registration of the motor vehicle".
