Governance of Investigations.— All the investigations under The Bihar Lokayukta Act, 2011 shall be governed by Chapter IV of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988. Explanation: Notwithstanding the provision of the Act, the provisions of the Chapter XII of the Criminal Procedure Code 1973 relating to investigations, which is not inconsistent with this Act shall also apply.
