Policy monitoring and grievance redressal i. The implementation of the policy shall be reviewed from time to time and necessary facilitation and course correction shall be undertaken as found necessary to achieve the objectives of this policy. ii. Department of Industries shall develop a web-based interaction mechanism where suggestions and complaints can be directly addressed to the Department of Industries.
