Policy Wording Words used in this Policy shall have the same meaning as assigned to them under Bihar Industrial Investment Promotion Policy, 2016, as the context may require. All matters of interpretation/disputes shall be decided by the Additional Chief Secretary/ Principal Secretary/ Secretary, Department of Industries. Such interpretation shall be final and binding.
