Preamble of The Bihar Act 16, 2006 shall be substituted by the following:- "Preamble-Act for determination of Pay Allowances and Pension of the members of Legislature of Bihar State under the Provisions mentioned in Article 195 read with Article 245 and Article 246 (3) of the Constitution of India.
