Terms and conditions of the service of Chairman and Members .— (1) No person shall be appointed or shall continue in the office of the Chairman and Member if he has attained the age of seventy years. The terms of the Chairman and the Members shall be five years or till they attain the age of 70, whichever is earlier. (2) There shall be paid to the Chairman and the Members such salaries and allowances as may be prescribed. (3) The other terms and conditions of the service of the Chairman and Members shall be such as may be prescribed.
