Amendment in Section-32 of the Act, 1961.— After sub-section (3) of Section-32 of the said Act, 1961 the following new sub-section (4) shall be added:- "(4) A revision shall be disposed of within the period of three months:" 4 ॢबहर गजट [सधरण 2 सत बर 2016 Provided that if for any reason it is not disposed of within the period of three months, the reasons shall be recorded in writing by the revisional authority."
