Amendment of section 27 (1) of Bihar Act, 12 of 1962 .— (1) In Section- 27 (1) after the words "provisions of this Act,' and before the word "acquired" the words "all lands" shall be replaced by the words " fifty (50) percent of the land". 3 बहार गजट (असाधारण)] 9 िसत* बर 2009 (2) The following new Sub-Section shall be inserted after Section -27 (1) (vii) :- " 27 (1 a) - The remaining fifty (50) percent of the land acquired or deemed to be acquired by the State Government under this Act shall, subject to Rules made under this behalf, be settled by the Collector with women belonging to categories mentioned in sub clause - (i), (ii), (iii), (iv) of Sub-Section- (1) of Section-27".
