Appeal. - An appeal, if presented within two months from the date of the order appealed against, shall lie from every order passed by a Compensation Officer under sub-section (1) of Section 26 to a Judge of the High Court to be [nominated by the State Government for the purpose in consultation with the Chief Justice] and he shall consider and dispose of such appeals in the prescribed manner: [Provided that any order of the Collector made under clause (h) of Section 4 or any order of the State Government made under sub-section (2) of Section 21 shall not be questioned in any such appeal.]
