Amendment in Section 8 of Bihar Act 23, 2011.- Section-8(2) of the Act shall be substituted by the following:- "The Party aggrieved by the Deputy Collector Land Reforms (DCLR) Mutation Appeal Suit or Pre-Mutation Revenue Sketch Map being approved shall file an application before the Collector/Additional Collector within 30 days from the date of order/approval for revision.
