Tolls on lines of navigation Tolls at such rates as shall be fixed in manner hereafter mentioned shall be paid in respect of all vessels entering upon or passing along any of the lines of navigation subject to the provisions of this Act: Provided that such tolls shall be payable only so long as such line of navigation shall be open.
