Enforcement, alteration and cancellation of the scheme (1) The scheme shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification, appoint. (2) The scheme may at any time be varied by a subsequent scheme made, published and sanctioned in accordance with the provision of section 59 (3) The scheme may at any time be cancelled by the State Government by a notification.
