Order to be recorded in writing If on an application made under section 51 the Canal Officer passes orders for inclusion of any land in, or exclusion of any land from, the assured irrigable command area or probable irrigable command area 01" a canal he shall cause his orders to be recorded in writing in such forms as may be prescribed by rules made.
