Resolution of Disputes.—If a dispute arises, in respect or matters referred to in section-7 sub-section (2), among departments of Government of Bihar providing services or 14 बहार गजट (असाधारण), 27 ebZ 2011 between outsourced agencies providing various facilities and services at the check-post or service recipients like general public, such disputes shall be adjudicated by the Authority.
