Custody and disposal of confiscated/unclaimed property.— Subject to such regulations as the Authority may make in this behalf, the Authority shall provide for securing the safe custody and disposal of any property thereby giving valid title to the person who has purchased it, which is confiscated under any provision of law or is found unclaimed lying on any premises belonging to the Authority.
