Authentication of orders and other instruments of Authority.— All orders and decisions of the Authority shall be authenticated by the signature of the Chairman or any other 12 बहार गजट (असाधारण), 27 ebZ 2011 member authorised by the Authority in this behalf and all other instruments executed by the Authority shall be authenticated by the signature of an officer of the Authority authorised by it in this behalf.
