Short title, Extent and commencement.— (1) This Act may be called The Bihar Integrated Check Post Authority Act, 2011. (2) It is applicable to all the Integrated Check-posts set by the Government of Bihar at the border with other neighbouring states of Bihar and all the Integrated Check-posts set by the Government of Bihar within the State. (3) It shall come into force on such date as the Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette appoint.
